Seoul G20 Moral Politic, Conference in South Korea
Members of "Kartoshkes Ensemble – The modern bonfire theater" appeared before the U.N. delegates, politicians and heads of human rights organizations.
In 2010, the "Kartoshkes Ensemble" members participated and performed in the Seoul G20 Moral Politic, Conference in South Korea. "Kartoshkes" members participated in the Conference as part of an additional Israeli-Palestinian expedition. Head of the delegation and member of kartoshkes ensemble, Dorit lubrani, had participated in many discussions at the Conference and introduced the work of "Kartoshkes Ensemble" for peace. Topics which she gave a lecture in like "feminine leadership", or "coexistence between cultures, religions and civilizations" received a great deal of interest from listeners from the United States, Europe and elsewhere.
The Performance: members of "Kartoshkes Ensemble – The modern bonfire theater" appeared before the U.N. delegates, politicians and heads of human rights organizations. The personal stories of the audience came from the reality of conflicts between religions and cultures. During the performance of "Kartoshkes" there was a commonality found for all the participants which enabled dialogue among them through art playback theatre.
