Performances for organization

‘Kartoshkes Ensemble’ reaches organizations and different workplaces, in order to meet the employees, to enable them to meet and learn to know each other in a different way than during their routine life at work and accompany them in organizational processes.

Our team performs stories that are told by the employees and their Managers. The stories describe real and specific situations that happened in the past, members of our ensemble will inact these stories for the participants on the spot by improvising the story without planning ahead, using drama, movement, and music.

The improvisation work by the actors in the ‘Playback’ theater, ‘kartoshkes’, constitute a mirror to a teamwork, that is relevant to any field of work. Through the performance the audience gets a firsthand experience with fruitful cooperation, bringing and receiving ideas, initiatives, concessions and more.

The nature of the show will change according to the specific needs of the organization and the event. Before each performance we will coordinate the special expectations, in order to lead the preparation for the organization.
